Last updated: October 28, 2026
Zero tolerance
- RivalCups has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sharing or requesting such content, attempting to contact children for sexual purposes (grooming) and any behavior aimed at sexually exploiting children are strictly prohibited.
- This rule applies to profiles, profile photos, team names and logos, tournament texts, score screenshots and all other content on the platform.
Age requirement
- You must be at least 13 years old to use RivalCups. We close accounts we learn belong to children under 13.
- There is no private messaging or chat between users on the platform; interaction is limited to tournament registration, team invites and match score reporting.
Reporting
- In the app you can report any profile, team, tournament or match with the flag icon on its page. For child safety issues, choose "Inappropriate content" and describe what happened.
- To report directly, email omercnsz1453@gmail.com with the subject "Child safety".
- If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first (112 in Türkiye, 911 in the US, 999 in the UK).
What we do
- Child safety reports are prioritized and reviewed by our moderators as quickly as possible.
- We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- As required by applicable law, we report CSAM to the relevant authorities (including NCMEC in the US and national and regional authorities, and the relevant law enforcement units in Türkiye).
- We cooperate with lawful requests from the authorities.
Compliance
- RivalCups complies with applicable child safety laws and with Google Play and App Store policies.
